Out-of-Network Services
For out-of-network services, we can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan’s out-of-network benefits and is not guaranteed.
Self-Pay
Self-pay is also available. Please call us to discuss self-pay options and fees for the services you need.
